Another location did a horrible job applying a screen protector to my new phone. They refused to replace, with the excuse that only a corporate store could do it, so we drove 90 miles round trip to Orlando. Josh, the manager, took care of the problem in no time and they did a great job on the screen. We couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely come here when we need new phones.

Jeorge was extremely helpful and patient with my issue and then referred me to Sam for more specific troubleshooting. Sam saved my phone! He even gave me some tips on how to keep it running better in the future! Thanks guys! Thanks T-Mobile!
