Rochelle helped me after my daughter’s phone got left behind in a cab at Madrid. She is bright, thorough, detail oriented and made a potentially brutal situation into easy breezy. She is as enthusiastic as she is knowledgeable. LOVED!!
Great customer service, very accomodating. They made you feel like your issues were important to them. Also very knowledgeable, which i have not found at many locations.
Went in for a quick question, I was in the area visiting. The guy was so nice! I went to Sprint too asking the the same question and they just brushed me off and told me to go to T-Mobile. I asked where T-Mobile was and the Sprint guy didn't know when it was actually a short 5 min walk away from his store. T-Mobile has great prepaid plans (for traveling) and next time I'm here, will go back again to sign up! Go T-Mobile!
The Most Outrageous Cell phone company I have ever dealt with. The Co-Manager Josh goes far & beyond anyone else. His Customer Service and Support are Incredibly AMAZING!
