You save $10 to $25 compared to other providers but the service is terrible. Here at Indiana the service is the worst and today even in the highway there is no signal.
The absolute WORST customer service. People just standing around. Always at least a 45 minute wait just to pay your bill. Employees just making excuses and shooting the breeze instead of getting the line moving!!! They need a kiosk just for people paying a bill!!!
