Worst customer service I've ever experienced with a phone company. Initial account was set up incorrectly, could not have issue resolved at store level. Now, a 2 month old phone won't work & yet again they are unable (refuse) to do anything about it despite charging exorbitant insurance rates for the phone.
In October we switched to tmobile we have had nothing but problems. Anything from dropped calls text messages we didn't send automatically and horrible Internet service. I wouldn't recommend tmobile to anyone.

Our family has been a Verizon customer for years and Saturday we stopped in to see what u had to offer and I have to say our first experience was awesome! Your employee Krista Russell was truly a joy to work with. She was super nice, explained everything very well, answered all our questions and was very helpful on the switch over. We have never had such great customer service like that before and truly appreciate it! I just wanted to take the time to let you know that we were very pleased! :)
