this place will lie to you, to make a sale. i was told by curt that my phone qualifies for a trade in, which it does not. the trade in was never processed at the store, and when I went back for help, the manager hid in the back room while she sent another employee out to tell me that the paperwork was done wrong. when I contacted t-mobiles corporate number I was told the phone does not qualify, due to damage. curt was well aware of the damage to the phone. he lied to me to sell me a more expensive phone and some accessories ... read more
