Well to start off while we were there employees were great, unfortunately they are not knowledgeable of the services they wanna offer people. When you tell someone something is free because y'all are gonna take care of the charge then that is what it should be FREE !!! I shouldn't be seeing 25.00 extra a month on my bill b.c y'all lied. !!! Bad for business and something needs to be done. Staff is awesome ... manager a little arrogant and doesn't know or doesn't like what he is doing ... he talks a good game ..gets you to get things with lies and then lets other employees to resolve the issues ...
Don't trust franchise store the district manager refused to call me back.
Service sucks. Only had my phone 24 hours. Employees are ok.
