I called this morning to get an appointment and was told I had an 11 o’clock appointment. When I got there, no one was available and I had to wait. After politely asking how long it would be I was directed to a chair and someone came up to me a couple minutes later and started doing my nails. About five minutes later another lady came over and switched with the original lady. This new lady (whose name I don’t know) began working on my nails, and working like she was in a rush. The best one!
Horrible! The lady Queen is the only one that can do a Brazilian wax and for $100 I thought I’d get premium service. Instead, I was sore, bleeding and a patches of hair were left everywhere. She was rough and very unsanitary!!!
