Excellent job. I checked several other companies for a new installation on my air conditioning and they had the best prices. I found this company to be fair and reasonable.
Great service – We had a problem with one of our heating units and I was sure it needed a new fan motor, and was prepared to pay for that. When they examined the unit, they found that it was just a loose wire. Most companies would have replaced the fan motor anyway (and made a lot more money on that visit), but T M Madden Service tries to save me money whenever they can.
the best company – The best company. They got out to my building right away and fixed my air conditioning problem. Definitely the best air conditioning and hvac company I've used.
