This family owned business is the best. Very well qualified to handle all our vehicle needs. G-R-E-A-T honest friendly service at a fair price.
The mechanics all looked pissed off when I came in to pick up my car. Charged me $300 for a job that takes 30-60 mins and the part is only $70. “Labor is only $98 per hour” I was told. Took out my cabin air filter before checking they even had one to put back in costing me even more money to go somewhere else to get it put back in. Overall felt like they take advantage of people because the job was easy and charged me the most they could maybe because I’m a girl.. I’m not stupid I don’t have the tools.
I was referred by my mom to come here. Brandon and his team are super honest and they do not lie to you about the work that needs to be done! I went to Firestone complete auto care on Pecos Ridge Parkway because that’s where I have been going.
