RecommendedVery good food and good service. Great sports atmosphere.
I understand that you get busy, but when we order two burgers and 45 minutes later my gfs burger sat in the window for every bit 20 mins and you finally come and tell us after a 45 minute wait that you gave my burger to someone else and it'll be even longer while her burger and sweet potato fries continue to sit there is ridiculous and you have officially lost our business. But I bet our waitress at Bob Evans enjoyed her $20 tip.
Had to say we were disappointed. Service was very slow and had to flag down another waitress to get refills after eating almost half the meal with nothing to drink. Appetizer was barely even warm. Food was ok. Usually a much better experience than today. Will be awhile before we go back.
TJs staff broke the law by serving alcohol to a person over 21 with an expired I.D., then management berated us as customers instead of the staff. It’s there job to operate within the law. New management or training is desperately needed. Worst dining experience we have ever had, anywhere.
Horrible horrible customer service!!!!! Never coming here again!!!!!!! “Executive manager” is a complete and total DICK and a COWARD!!!!!

Our manager was doing his job. The law is the law. You cannot purchase alcohol with an expired license. You were told about it and still tried to sneak the alcohol. GET A VALID LICENSE!!! It’s that easy!!!
Food great as always but slow service. Hostess seemed as if he didn't even know where he was. Waitress when she finally did come get our drink order and greet us after 10minutes said "What can I get you to drink? NVM I have to go get this other tables food" gone she went for another 10. Spent almost half hour just trying to get drinks.
I love there... If you ever get a chance you should go there bring your kids!!!!
