I would not recommend TJ Senko as legal counsel based on my experience. He consistently failed to communicate, leaving me without important updates on my case. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were not returned, and I was often left in the dark about upcoming court dates and the status of my file. On at least one occasion he failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing, forcing his colleague to attend at the last minute by video. Tj was the lawyer on my file of a cfsa matter regarding the protection of my child. He did not show for the protection trial, did not notify me when affidavits were put in, and did not represent my child in a manner to protect her. He sent a new lawyer who didn’t know the case to be at the trial, and when he was in court, he was focused on his phone .
