I am sorry to leave a review given the folks that run the store were so nice. I dropped off a quite expensive (multi thousands) watch for engraving a little while ago and was very happy with the speed of service, but I received the watch with an off center engraving and a new scuff. Something like that would have been avoidable with a bit more care. Really disappointed to be honest because it was a gift.
The service here is top notch! I was able to get my ring resized same day as I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until after the holiday if not. I also got some insight on the size and clarity of the stone. I’m so happy we have this store in Arlington!!! Thanks again
Stopped in to have a watch bracelet resized and they where super helpful. Had me in and out in 10 minutes.
Went here to get a sentimental ring sized to be a little bit smaller, the ring looks amazing you can’t even tell it’s been resized! Owners were so sweet and finished my ring very quickly, I’ll definitely be recommending!!!
