I purchased my wedding ring here 6 years ago from Ron. I decided a few days ago it was time for a change/upgrade and went back to them. I picked a new setting after trying on just about every ring in the store. I’m completely in love with my ring and cannot stop staring at it. My favorite watchmaker retired and I needed the battery replaced in my Michele watch. T-Bird provided excellent, timely service and did the replacement to manufacturer specs. They are my new favorite!

John took some of my wife’s rings in to be sized, & while we were there we looked at the Rolex watch’s, but they didn’t have any of the ones I wanted, 2 days later he called & said they had a Gold Sub. They held it there & sizes it for me . Angela & John completed the transition without any issues. What a pleasure to do business with someone that has old store practices. Going back to Texas with a “Texas Timex.”
