I've been a regular here for a while and used to see Kevin because he was extremely meticulous and did an outstanding job every single time. I think a few staff were let go a few months ago, and he is no longer there. The few times I've gone since then, it has just been lower quality. And the nail tech regularly tries to skip the third shellac coat for some reason. I have to ask her not to. I went here for my first manicure, for an event, and they squeezed me in for an appointment last minute. I got bright orange gel with overlay done by Tina. I think she did a wonderful job with high attention to detail; I was very happy with the result and got lots of compliments on them. The gel has remained so strong that even though they are now 50% grown out (I got them done 4 weeks ago- I continue filing them down), and I have been doing heavy work REALLY hard on the nails, the remaining gel polish continues to remain in... read more
Had a horrible experience, If you want your nails, thick and Gotti, I do not recommend
I’ve been coming down here for the last couple of years from Whistler just to get my manicure and pedicure. It’s worth the drive because they listen to what I want and I always leave satisfied.
