While the service was friendly, my nail beds were significantly over-buffed, leaving visible red lines where my new nail growth begins. I was offered “strong gel” afterward to protect the damage. Despite this, my nails started chipping within 24 hours and were in terrible condition by the time I arrived in Mexico. Very disappointing result. This exact thing happened when I came in a year prior. Was hoping my first experience was just a one off. Now I see why I keep getting told to go to the city 😞
I rarely ever review places but I am so happy with what I got. Highly recommend

I've been a regular here for a while and used to see Kevin because he was extremely meticulous and did an outstanding job every single time. I think a few staff were let go a few months ago, and he is no longer there. The few times I've gone since then, it has just been lower quality. And the nail tech regularly tries to skip the third shellac coat for some reason. I have to ask her not to.
