I'm in love with my new Focus from Szott Ford! Dave, Chris, and Steve took great care of me, and I was able to trade in my Taurus and drive my new car home that day! I wanted an upgrade added, and their amazing service staff came to my office, picked up the car, and had it back before I finished working. I love that with the warranty I won't have to worry about the car for YEARS. I couldn't be happier!
I drove over an hour away to look at a used Taurus SHO back in December! When I got there someone was looking at it, and ended up purchasing it. That worked out in my favor because now I am driving a brand new Taurus SHO!! Thanks to Nick Riley!! I will drive the extra distance to this dealership hands down.
Have a lease from Szott. Staci Bright was wonderful. I was stranded with a flat. I called service and they took care of everything!! Best service, even brought my car to my place of employment after fixing my flat. This is not our first car from Szott and it will not be our last.
I wanted to look at a Jeep they had on the lot but I live almost 50 miles away so I scheduled a time to go look at it. Half way there, they told me the Jeep was in service and they would call me back when it got out. Over the next two weeks they dodged my calls and always told me the car was in service for unknown reasons. Finally I told them that I would take my business elsewhere and now I see that they relisted that same Jeep for $1000 more. Their service department is awesome. Got an oil change and had some issues and they made sure it was handled in a timely professional manner. I will most definitely be going back and recommend them to anyone looking to get a car.
