I had the best experience ever leasing my new Ford Edge Sport from Tom Ryan at Szott Ford! I was referred to him by a co-worker that has purchased and leased from him. I live in Ft Lauderdale and this young man walked into my bar 2 weeks and ordered a couple drinks and fish tacos. After talking to this guy he started talking about his dealership and how customer service should be. I said I was traveling to kalamazoo which is about 2 hours from this Gentlemens dealership. I had the best service, I think I have ever been offered from a ford dealership! Pat and Bill took great care of me. Even though we live in fenton, ill make the extra little bit of driving, just to be services by them. They have definitely won over my business. :)
