Got the best service from Bill and John in going forward with “babying” my old car for the winter ahead. The service department was able to complete an oil change, radiator flush, and transmission flush in reasonable time. Here’s to my next 50,000 miles or more in my Szott purchased 2005 Ford Taurus.

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this company! very unprofessional. had a very unpleasant experience there yesterday. the service manager even used racial slurs against my father and I because of an error that they made. the day before yesterday I witnessed the same manager disrespect an elderly hispanic gentleman in front of my three year old! and I was overpriced on my vehicle, it wasnt thoroughly inspected before it was sold to me. I usually dont like going into a dealer to buy a car mainly because when you go in, you feel rushed and pressured to buy a brand new car. I called and came in to see CHris S. and right off the bat he made it very clear that he was going to work in the best interest of me and what I wanted. He worked with me and my situation and He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me into a car. I am very thankful for everything!
