We have been professionally using ilike organic skin care since 2007. My sister told me about the nettle exfoliating wash. I thought it was too good to be true. My skin glowed after the first use and now I simply can't live without. You need just 1 pump for face and neck. I used once a day the first week just as a precaution as I have very sensitive skin - especially around my eyes.. Never had any issues.
