I've been a loyal customer of System 5 Electronics for over 15 years. Unfortunately, since Mr. Brown's passing, I've notice a steady decline in both professionalism and customer service. The integrity that once defined this company seems to be missing. I no longer feel that my needs as a customer are valued, and there is a lack of sensitivity and care in the way I was treated. Sadly, I now feel taken advantage of rather than served. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Dr. D. Nelson

I’ve had services for 14+ years and have finally decided to break ties. I believe in Macceo Brown’s mission and loved supporting this long standing Black business. However, I can no longer support in good faith. Over the years my services have diminished. From being cussed out by a technician, on a recorded line, and the issue having to be resolved by Mr. Brown directly…to not being able to get a separate account or password for my rental property. I am about to drop this company! This morning I had a cancelled alarm. I turned it off on both my phone and alarm panel at home. I had to leave the house, and I am thinking everything is good! 5 mins later I see a notice of a missed call. It was the call center. I called them back and get this - I COULD NOT REACH THEM!!! Phone was “saying this call can not be completed as dial”. I reverified the number, dial them back - same thing happened!
