Do not go to SU Health Clinic at the Barnes Center if you have a serious medical emergency. I got my foot run over by an SUV automobile right on campus, next to College Place. I somehow booked the earliest appointment I could get, thinking they can at least take a look at my injuries maybe some x-rays or something. I got myself to the Health Clinic somehow and first thing they had me doing was filling out all these forms. I completed everything by the time it was time for my appointment.
