My son was born with a mild tongue tie. It did not seem like a huge issue at first, but I wanted to take care of it as soon as possible. Wonderful caring staff, professional, accommodating.
Can not thank this office enough, from the moment i called them at 8:30 am and had such a pleasant girl on the phone to help get my daughter in on an emergency basis. You don't get this type of professionalism at any doctor's office and I made sure to tell Dr Chiles how wonderful his staff is also. Great office, great doctor very thankful!!
I was seen today by Dr. Chiles after an ED visit for a foreign object stuck in my ear canal. I was seen the same day and the staff was amazing! Everyone from the receptionists who worked hard to get my records and get me in ASAP, to the nurses who saw me, and Dr. Chiles who was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was all so kind and went above and beyond in every way possible. The office is also beautiful! Great place.. i will definitely recommend to others needing an ENT!

I have had pain in my face for decades. Dr Fung diagnosed the issue and took corrective action pretty quickly. I required surgery and so far this might have been my best medical experience. The office is clean and really beautiful. The staff are all so polite and helpful. Dr Fung might be the nicest Dr I have ever encountered (no beds so great chair side manor). The surgery went great. I highly recommend this Dr and this group to any one.
Dr Fung has excellent bedside manner and I feel happy knowing our daughter is in his care. The entire staff was friendly and attentive.
