Doesn’t want to pay for grants anymore. Violates hippa law and staff want to harass me for wanting to work there and help people. Im allowed to feel this way as a client and as a student I am disappointed. Anyone that wishes to become a peer counselor can take the classes for free at academyofpeerservices.org. Do not trust Helio to pay for your training. Helio is currently false advertising a supercare grant but expects you to pay out of pocket for classes ridiculous.
I want to please encourage anyone and everyone who may be struggling right now. It may be hard and uncomfortable to come here, but once you’re here, congrats, this is the first step you can take to better yourself. Please utilize the 24/7 Crisis Center, it saved my life. THANK YOU
On their methadone program... They send you home now with two bottles for the weekend because they're closed. Went to take mine this morning, and those bottles had leaked all over the place and there was barely anything left. When I looked at the bottles I could see that the tops were put on Willy Nilly... And weren't even straight... Then when I open them, there was no seal at all in either bottle. I mean they're always doing 50 million other things while they're supposed to be waiting on you when you go to get your methado... read more
