The absolute worst! I am fed up! Have been dealing with them since September, seen a counselor 3 times. Appointments get cancelled with no notice, they say it was never in the books, no one ever returns a phone call and when I do get someone on the phone I am told someone will call me back, but they never do. It’s very sad because every other place in the area has a long wait list, so Helio claims to be able to get you in asap, only to be given the run around after the initial consultation. Been going for a while good people and a great experience
I went to helio health after I saw a you tube video about ADHD. I was blown away!!! They were describing me, to a tee!! I was laughing the whole time because I did everything they were saying someone with ADHD does. So I mention this to doc, she smiled and laughed, hahah ya ok, your not getting adderall, here's lithium, try this.
