Soo.. my counselor Carolyn Diehl is the most phenomenal woman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I'd like to say a few things about this lady. She completely changed my life even though she'll never say it had anything to do with her thats its all you. You put in the work ... yea yea yea but she really has. 12/16/2024 UPDATE: Helio Health gave my full name, my phone number and my address to a local taxi company WITHOUT MY CONSENT and won't let me file any kind of formal complaint. I was told, "there isn’t technically a complaint you can file – we have feedback survey QR codes in our waiting room you can scan and do – but theres not an official complaint form you can submit. Staff is terrific but when it comes to scheduling or absolutely needing something involving scheduling you get either sent to the damn voicemail service and told to leave one voicemail then it’s give or take if they actually call you back then even though you signed consent forms for things you can’t even get a verification email of your to send to your worker and it’ll be back and forth of have your worker call us and then when you tell your worker the worker bluntly explains that they can’t do that like well wtf someone go... read more
