It’s a scam. They want you to upload your ID otherwise they won’t show you the property. That’s what say. It’s a way of trick for them to get your identity. They don’t even have an OFFICE. Please do not give your ID.
We have rented from them for 3 years and they were always quick to respond to issues - sending maintenance, replacing broken garage door/dishwasher, etc. We have worked with 2 property managers pre-covid and they were always quick to respond and friendly. We bought a house and had to give notice recently. The 3rd person we had to work with was probably a new employee and a one-off bad experience. Gave me a roach infested studio with bad flooring can hear all the Neighbors above me footsteps from dusk til dawn and later on ended up being overcharged for power by the company they try to get over on you as well I would not suggest that you rent from them this has been hell for me also the inconvenience of having to move during covid because of all those issues on top of them getting over on there tenants look else where because I had too smh
