I stopped going to Synovation because of their lead nurse, Rob Paul. I could literally share dozens of examples. I’ll share one of my favorites here. During one of my appointments, I was waiting in the exam room and I could clearly hear Rob meeting with an elderly patient and his wife in the next room.
