Although the front staff are polite, they are not able to control the IT departments slowness to remove repeat information. I got multiple reminders for an appointment that was rescheduled. Booked an Uber to get there to be told that they are having issues with their IT department. This is not acceptable, fire IT get someone who can be more efficient.
