I recently had a deeply concerning experience with this medical facility. I found significant discrepancies between my actual condition and the information documented in my medical records. i’ve been very happy with all the Doctors that help me control my pain on the scale from one to 10 I will give them a 10👌

Receptionists do not forward messages to the doctors. I have, on several occasions, been forced to needlessly withdrawal from a much needed pain medication due to this. Each time I am forced to withdrawal, I end up in the emergency room from how badly my health is impacted. My doctor is wonderful. The assistants, however, SERIOUSLY need to improve. Patients health and lives are being put into harms way. This is dangerous.

Both receptionists go without answering phones for hours, calls go straight to voicemail with no return calls, sometimes for days. Messages don't get to the doctor which leave the patient without refills for medication and ther is no phone number for a Corporate office.
