Horrible scam company! Do not do business with these people. I cosigned for my daughter who has special needs and I have plenty of money and approved it but they still denied our application. I swear they already had the apartment filled or they just want my application money. Go to Facebook and check out their negative reviews. They continue to do this to a lot of people! It is unconscionable! Run run run from this company!
Worst place ever. They had no utilities on when I went to look at the home for a rent to buy option they told me everything worked. I moved in after giving them 6 months of rent up front plus a deposit. After moving in I found pests, no heating system in the house and multiple water pipes were broken. I called they told me it was my problem to fix. I had no choice but to fix it or lose out on all the money so I did. I pod rent on time I put all kinds of hard work into the homes.
