The most PUSHY, DISHONEST and RUDE sales team I have ever had come to my door! I cannot warn you enough against opening your door to these people. They were terrible and pushed and pushed until I was emotionally worn out (about an hour) and asked me to go against my husbands wishes to sign up. I felt awful and just wanted them GONE! PLEASE do not make the same mistake I made....DON'T open the door. You will be pushed into a contract you don't want at an outrageous price.
Please think twice (or 600 times) before using this company!! They came to my door 2 years ago and talked me into switching over to their company. The guy was very convincing, and I ended up signing what I thought was a 1 year contract for services. Their service started out great, but totally fizzled out the longer I was with them. I had several issues with this company, so I found a new company (Jitterbug Pest Control-\-\-who I couldn't recommend more!) to go with. My family was recently shocked by an unforeseen medical diagnosis. Unfortunately, financially I was no longer able to continue my service with Synergy. When I reported this to Synergy no empathy was shown. I am now being charged a $150 cancellation fee. No service has been rendered that I owe money for, but I am also not allowed to discontinue without the cancellation fee. Other services have been cancelled and those companies were much more understanding of my situation.
Synergy pest control is the best! We have a new house, and pests that are new to us. Michael helped us feel at ease, and his prices are fair. They showed up in a timely manner and performed their work with precision! Thanks Synergy!!
Well I can definitely confirm that their service works. Spiders, to include black widows, began to show up out of hiding and I never thought wee would've had any issues with spiders given that our home is only a yeast old. The team was very nice and professional. It was even all the more better when they offered us a hell of a discount.
