Hardly ever someone answers. I sent several request for cancellations... still came and even though service was not provided, they still charged my card. Wouldn’t reimburse money. They give you the run around and don’t do anything but take your money. Totally a waste of money.
Beware!!! Don't use this Service First of all when they came to my house they were talking about one time service(at least i thought of it so), After the service done. They notified me of a yearly contract which i was not aware of. Now they are sending my account to collections. Never trust these guys, Bad service!

It's ridiculous that when the service does not work, you have to pay off a massive $150 cancellation fee to cancel future service. Any company that does that is insecure about the quality of it's product or service - if your service works, you don't need to penalize someone who is not satisfied. Highly dissatisfied.
We have seen a great reduction of ants and spiders inside our home. Great local business and friendly staff.
They don't show up when scheduled and they don't follow through with their agreements.
