What a rude realestate agent and what im guessing is a slump lord. Asked to see a property to lease to see if its a good fit. I was iffy on the property but she demanded i pay an application fee and credit check. I wasn't even sold on the property yet. Then she said I must have a 400 credit score. Missed out on a 760, 780 and a years worth of rent up front. Waiting for rates to drop so I can shop for a home and felt this could maybe be doable for a year until rates drop. But its ok.
