Just a word to others...if your loved one has dementia be aware that Synergy can and will cancel you with only 48 hours’ notice. Their nurse read nightly caregiver notes and determined that my father was "sundowning" at 8:30 pm and 1 am (which is NOT sundowning) and discontinued my service abruptly and called me on a Thursday night at 5 pm saying Saturday night would be the last.
