Jennifer McCulley is an exceptional caretaker. She does all the general duties a caretaker should do and more, and does them very well: cleaning, washing, feeding, etc. What makes her stand above the rest is her interactions with my mother. She listens and laughs with her, even though nothing my mother is saying makes sense. She gently caresses my mother's hands, arms or face when my mother is unsure or fearful of a situation, trying to reassure her. Kirsten is the best. My mother-in-law looks forward to seeing her. They go outside which means a lot since my mother-in-law is homebound. A trip to the mall or grocery store with Kirsten’s assistance means so much. So glad we have Kirsten.
