Not good, caregivers got attitude, they do no show no calls, they don’t have staff like they said they did. Very poor quality of care.
Terrible customer service and when we complained they reported us to APS in retaliation.
Rhoda and Derek really impressed my sister and I when we interviewed them along with two other agencies and even though their prices were a bit higher, we decided to go with their services. We were not disappointed and have had really wonderful caregivers for our mother. Rhonda worked with us to find the perfect fit for my mother and she has helped us out during times of crisis. She and her staff are VERY passionate about their work and really truly care about their clients. I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone.
