Worst experience ever. As a caregiver from a previous client they let down numerous times because they couldn’t provide care. They would state they do not have a caregiver coming in and would leave it to that client to find care. This was 2016… Fast forward to 2025-6 where a loved one is a client of theirs that requires 24hour care. Multiple times they have been left without care because “they have staffing issues” . I am a client of Synergy Home Care of Lincoln and have been for many years. They are always very responsive and do a great job matching up caregivers to my needs. I am a quadriplegic. I normally have caregivers part-time during the day and overnight to turn me every three hours. On one recent occasion I got sick and was going to need a caregiver full-time during the day. We have a couple of gals that come to our house weekly to assist my husband whom is not the most pleasant person. They do a great job assisting him and they help around the house. This company is awesome to work with you always talk to a person NEVER an answering machine. They are very personable and polite. I would highly recommend Synergy.
