I started out at Synergy just wanting to get on the treadmill because it was too cold to walk outside. I received two free personal training sessions and they showed me the machines. So I went from treadmill to machines. THEN I walked by the classroom and saw some women having fun while sweating. I decided to give a class a try. I am now hooked on their classes.
