It's time for renovation!! Rugs need to go and the sewer smell covered up by fabuloso is not working! Come on already
The rudest "manager" I have ever encountered. Trying to cancel my membership because I moved out of state and it's a nightmare. It's a shame because I was a member for years and even though the place is dirty and poorly kept I loved the classes. Donna Tricia and Tracy are amazing!! Too bad the place is run by such complete nasty morons... I would advise against anyone joining
still go just couse its convinent one or 2 staff members are really helpful the rest are just good at taking your $ nothing more
This should be zero stars. This place is a nightmare especially if you want to cancel your monthly membership. Even if you follow all of the instructions for cancelling - which includes sending a certified letter - they still continue to charge your credit card. Even if you speak to them in person and they promise they will cancel your membership, they will continue to charge you. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Total bunch of shady a**holes.
They suck!! Their equipment is old n half of the machines broken and they don't fix anything ..yet they took money from all of us to fix n they did nothing!!
I have enjoyed being a member of Synergy for nine years so I am shocked with the treatment I received when I tried to end my membership. They just won't terminate it even though there's no contract!
