They cancelled all their classes without notice. BEWARE many think the gym is going out. I can see why the facebook page hasnt been updated! Management does not care, they didnt even post notices about the cancellation, yet they expect members to give 30days to cancel contract. Indifferent owners who do not care about anything but making money. #BewareSynergyFarmingdale Get your 30day notice in now before They dropped Silver Sneakers and they had packed classes now many seniors have to travel further to get their classes.

Great instructors. great classes. open early and late. Clean, all equipment working well. Can't beat the price.
If it weren't for the Zumba classes I take on Mondays and Fridays, I'd quit. The air never seems to work in the aerobics room for years now. The slippery floors are an accident waiting to happen.
