I would not recommend Synergy for multiple reasons: 1. The contract I signed was for complete removal of my HVAC boots, but they were all left in place. Synergy did agree to reduce the invoice accordingly, but it shows a pretty concerning lack of attention to detail on a relatively simple job. 2. The crew did not completely seal around the vents in each room, potentially leading to exposure outside of the containment area.
