I just wanted to send out a huge Thank you to Benny at Synergy Companies. My air conditioner had a compressor that decided to fail on one of the warmest days of the year but Benny and Peter worked with their schedules to have my unit checked out within hour of my call. Benny evaluated my unit, found out it was a faulty capacitor and fixed it within an hour. He then educated me on the filter I was using for my intake unit. I had a great experience with my free service provided by Synergy. Jill was professional setting up the appointment and the technician Mike was very knowledgeable, timely, and kind. The service was quick and easy. They didnt try to sell me on anything which was a plus. In fact Mike refilled my air filters and gave us reusable ones to make our home more efficient.
