They gave us a time to do an install for us for 2 days after the consultation but I was set to go out of town the next night and she was helpful enough to get us a tech out the same day that did the whole eneegy efficiency job for us. Mike, the technician, came out and installed the low water bathroom fixtures a couple hours later and he was done within an hour or so.
