Update: Buyer Beware. If I could give this company a Zero I would. We terminated our contract with Synergy Claims USA/STORM INC. on June 2, 2022. Synergy Claims USA/STORM INC. and Ryan McIntosh (our neighbor) agreed to build a screened porch over a newly constructed deck on our property for a substantial amount of money. This work commenced October 15, 2021, and as of June 2, 2022, we still only have footers, joists, and most of the framing.
