Great place for EDMR THERAPY AND WONDERFUL STAFF!!
These people are the worst at actually answering there phones. I got sent to this dump by the VA to get seen and they didn’t even answer there phone regardless of how many times I called. I get it you may be busy at a certain moment but at the very least do your due diligence and return the call, I shouldn’t have to call you guys 15 times and leave 15 voicemails that’s outrageous I will NEVER do business with these people again
Do people who work with mentally ill people not realize how hard it is to make the decision to start or go back to therapy. So when they make you fill out intake forms onljne, wait for an email matching you to a therapist, then have to call to make an appointment, leave a message, wait days for a response, send a follow up email, get told the person they matched you with isn't taking new patients this week but maybe next week so you wait only to be reassigned to someone who doesn't seem to offer what you need, but you still ... read more
The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. My therapist Dianna is amazing. Dianna creates a safe space to work on healing. She is calming, nonjudgmental and genuinely wants to help you. As an animal lover, I especially enjoy her therapy dog Shadow. My life has drastically improved since beginning therapy with Dianna.
