Hotter than all get out inside the building. NO AC no excuse for it.

First time there since it was Crescent Center Carwash. Very disappointed. My windows look like a child washed them. Too bad, it was an amazing place before .
They let my car get hit while in their care. Had to have a police report completed. Not very detail oriented to be a “detailing” service. No accountability/ management on-site for when these issues arise. Owner is located in Knoxville. Hassle to get in touch when needed.
Take mine and hers too be detailed once a month...my next one is free due too 10 washes..:)
I won't be returning. Inside of the vehicle was barely touched until I mentioned it to the attendant. Waste of time and money.
Always do a great job on my cars ty again BigE !!!!!
