RecommendedNo hard wait time. Got to my car and she looked great ... except for the fact they didn’t do the interior windows. I mean, not even touched. Part of the service I paid for. I’ll go back but I’ll check the windows before I leave. Other than that, car looks great.

Great service they do a great job and very polite
The first time I took my vehicle here I was extremely pleased. However, I took my vehicle back today and I was not very pleased. The windows are not clean & very streaked. The fender wells were not touched at all and I cleaned them after I got home. I did go right before closing time and maybe they workers were tired but the it wouldn’t have taken a lot more effort to cleanse these things.
They were exceptionally nice and done a good job.
Clean windows with clean cloths. You have destroyed my windows with greasy cloths. I can not get it off. Please clean tires better. Too much money for what you get
Took my brand new 2020 civic to synergy in Morristown. Upon inspection my stitching on my seat was ripped .. now I’ve called multiple time with no answer .. I even have tried to contact Keith I’ve sent him two emails .. I’ve called the main office in Knoxville left a voice message!! Still no answer .. my time means nothing to them !! Like ripping you seat wasn’t worth my time either !?😡
They did an excellent job inside and out
