Unfortunately Synergy Auto Wash in Morristown has lost a long time and loyal customer. Saturday, June 1 immediately after having my car detailed, I reported a missing pair of sunglasses. I was told that they did not find the glasses and their policy excludes them from any responsibility for damages and / or loss of personal property. Customers beware!
I feel my Jeep could of been cleaned better on the inside, a lot of money to pay plus a tip and not get cleaned good
Looked like a 2 yr old cleaned the windows, was there 1 hour they let my vehicle air dry, didn't wipe it down and one side inside and out was clean some what better while the other side was barely touched. sorry service. Still had mud on tires. sorry, sorry, sorry. A waste of 26.00 .won't be back.

My car was awesome. I would highly recommend them. Heard a lot of good things so had to check it out, glad I did.
First time I’ve used this business. It was a great experience. I got the works. Wash and Vacuum. It looked great inside and out. I also noticed when they were done they asked for an inspection from another employee. Upon getting in myself they asked me to look it over also to make sure I was happy. It was 👍 great!!
