I originally used Synchronized Home Solutions over 2 years ago when I moved to San Diego and needed to set up my home with TV and internet. I was amazingly surprised by the top notch vip service they provided at no additional cost had I gone directly through AT&T/ direct tv. The install was done carefully and neatly. Rainer and his team have consistently provided solutions for DirecTV and ATT at many of the homes we manage. They are professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. We initially called upon them when DirecTV corporate was unable to handle a slightly more than basic install. Since dealing with Rainer we have used them exclusively and avoided going through corporate. Since the switch, all installs have been no problem!
This company is a lifesaver!! We used to over pay cable company until we found out about the great deals Directv has to offer. After doing my research I found out about Synchronized Home Solutions- the local dealer, located in the central San Diego location. Rainer came to our home and gave us very detailed consultation and walked through the process of installation. When we moved into our home in Ramona, our new neighbor referred us to Rainer and his team. The next day Rainer met us for the in-home consultation and talked to us about different options of equipment and programming. I was pleasantly surprised that AT&T had a promotion, reducing my cell phone bill for extra $25, as we got the bundle services.
