I was terminated for wanting to further my education by completing my CNIM exam. This exam was suggested by management to be taken within two years of employment. I was at the one-year mark, and I expressed my interest in the exam to a manager. I was terminated two days later (no notice or severance) with only the details of "we are going in a different direction." Absolutely do not work for this company. I stayed with this company working two weeks out of the month on call everyday for 24 hours a day to keep this company afloat to get booted after training two new employees for them apparently to take my place. They are not loyal to their employees. After letting me go they took my case log from me so I will not be able to get CNIM certified unless I start completely over in a new company. They are saying it's "proprietary information" now simply because they don't want me to be hired... read more
