Yesterday’s heavy rain caused our basement to flood at around 2 AM. Our tenants sent us photos and videos showing water coming in and leaks in the washroom. We later found out that our sump pump had completely rusted and failed, leaving it unable to push wastewater out to the drainage system. I called Reliance four times and was put on an “emergency list,” but no technician ever showed up.
