Took my brand new car (350 miles only) to this car wash. Basic wash. They scratched the crap out of the paint on the roof and the side panels from the front to back on both sides. I’m taking the car to the dealership to have it fixed. This also occurred with my truck ON THE SAME DAY. When the truck was done and sitting in the parking area, there was still mud and dirt dripping out of the wheel wells. I’m contemplating litigating the cost. I’ll never go there again.
