I went to Sylvia a few years ago (around the beginning of 2021), and I will never forget how I was treated as a dark-skinned woman. I believe she is a colorist. She did nothing to help and acted very elitist as if she didn't want me there. She didn't prescribe me anything for my hyperpigmentation, all I remember is her assistant writing down a bunch of notes as she was talking to me.
