I’m disappointed with my experience at this office. I scheduled an appointment to have a birthmark removed, but I was not informed ahead of time that the laser typically used for this procedure was out of service—even though the office was fully aware of it and why I was visiting. Had I known, I could have sought care elsewhere and avoided wasting time and money. Im happy to say Dr. Wright is my Dermatologist. I recently had severe hyperpigmention on my face and could not understand why. She was able to explain what was causing the hyperpigmention and what products to use to clear. Im forever grateful for her and her team.
Dr. Wright was awesome. She took her time and addressed my concerns and she was truly helpful. She also has an a wonderful Professional office staff. I am glad that found Dr. Wright!
