Not had any bad experiences with nurse Sylvia. I’ve seen her I think 3 times. She’s very professional, and happy to answer any questions during exam. She takes her time to discuss medications too.

All my experiences with the staff and Mrs. Menasco have been very pleasant. I am having some issues and Mrs. Menasco has gone out of her way to be helpful and she did give me advise about lifestyle changes but they are unhealthy things so you have to take that advise as helpful coming from a medical professional.
Don’t do it. Save yourself the trouble. Worst experience I’ve ever had. To think a place like this is ran by women and for women and runs this way.... incredibly sad. Unfortunate.
The absolute worst in organization and communication. I’ve gone to this office at least 4 times and each time is extremely challenging in one way or another finally I decided I’m finding a new doctor. The staff is unapologetically rude and there is absolutely zero empathy for patients. I would run the opposite way if you’re considering this office.
