Hands down, best customer service! David Wilcox helped us find the perfect wedding bands, and I couldn't be more pleased. He went above and beyond for us in our search for bands. Thank you for making a special time in our lives even better!
Justin went above and beyond to help me and my husband pick out the perfect anniversary gift. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a ring, and was able to find exactly what I had been searching for. While there are several jewelry stores in our hometown, after the absolutely wonderful experience we had at Sylvan’s we will continue to drive 1.5 hours for future purchases.

Charles at Sylvan's is our family jeweler! He has been with us through good times and bad. To commemorate our family milestones we always go to see them. The estate pieces and trunk shows are the most iconic events. The service the trust and the relationship is what matter to us.
Sylvans provides us with a wonderful experience. From the very first time there, meeting Charles, it was more than buying jewelry but truly an event! We instantly felt like a part of the family, and Charles did everything to ensure that we were satisfied - from the small details to a ring, to timelines of readiness, to follow up! We frequently visit Soda City and often pop in just to visit with Charles and the rest of the crew! Highly recommend
